add a picture to an article

1. click 'insert image' button on the toolbar
2. click the 'browse' button next to the upload button
3. select picture from computer
4. click upload (when the image has finished uploading the information about the image will appear in the fields below)
   
5. click insert
6. close the image dialog
7. click the save icon to save your changes
